During peak season December - May we can be roughly 2-3 weeks out depending on how many reels you need cleaned. Our lead time does not include the shipping time. Please call or message ahead, do not just send in reels randomly all reels must be scheduled & have phone number, name & shipping in the box so we can contact you.

If your are in need for a emergency repair unless it’s a single reel and we can quickly get you in our services are first come first serve it doesn’t matter if your a pro or joe everyone’s money spends the same!

BEARING / PARTS

All aftermarket parts that are not purchased from the website or shop will be subject to a minimum installation fee to be determined by the reel repair specialist that works on your reel. **IF YOU ARE GETTING YOUR REEL CLEANED AND WANT PARTS PUT ON WHILE WE HAVE IT APART WE WILL DO THIS FOR FREE.

ALL DOMINATOR GEN 2 BEARINGS GET A FREE INSTALL BUT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING.ALL OTHER BEARING BRANDS SUBJECT TO A $10 INSTALLATION FEE.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

All Gen 2 Dominator bearings come with a limited lifetime warranty with a $12 service fee after 90 days (helps cover shipping) we will not take your bearings back if they have been corroded or abused in saltwater.

Proof of original ownership is necessary.
